Please REVIEW your item once received for any errors in your order.  Should you find we have made a mistake with your purchase, please contact us IMMEDIATELY via email at Info@TrinityCustomWigs.com

***ALL ORDERS ARE CUSTOM MADE TO YOUR SPECIFICATION, THEREFORE ALL SALES ARE FINAL***  PHOTOS ONLY REPRESENT AN EXAMPLE OF MY WORK. YOU WILL RECEIVE A CUSTOMIZED VERSION OF THE PHOTO LISTED PER YOUR SPECIFICATIONS***

Due to the nature of this item, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless an error was made with your order.  If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately email Info@TrinityCustomWigs.com or Phone us at 281-962-7804.  Our address is 19901 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land, Texas 77479.  We want our customer to be happy with their purchase. Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted after 48 hours of your delivery date.

In the event your items are eligible for a return, you MUST contact us within 24 hours of receipt using the email, phone number or address listed above.  IF your return or exchanged is approved, your item MUST be unused and in the SAME condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The lace must NOT be cut and the unit MUST NOT be altered in any way.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (minus the shipping cost) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 business days MINUS SHIPPING COST.  Please allow an additional 3 business days for it to reflect on your account.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Info@TrinityCustomWigs.com.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items MAY be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Shipping

If your return is approved, you will receive instruction on where to ship your return item.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return product to reach you, may vary.  We STRONGLY suggest you use a service that has tracking.  Without tracking, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
